TEAM SIGN UPS & SUIT ORDER NIGHTS:
Just a reminder that our team suit order nights are this week:
- Tuesday, May 8th from 6-8pm
- Wednesday, May 9th from 6-8pm

Location: 4803 Drywood Street (cross street Muirwood)
This will be the final opportunity to order suits.

We have several open board positions.
Open Board Positions 2012
- Facilities
- Transports all meet equipment to and from the meets
- A trailer is provided to transport the equipment
- Assists with set-up and take-down
- You do not do this alone; a group of parents are scheduled to help.
- FAST has pictures of the set-up so it will be easy for you to take on the job
- Our past Facilities chair will be at the first meet to assist you

DRY LAND CONDITIONING TIMES HAVE CHANGED
We had a great turn out for Dry Land Conditioning. In order to give more attention to our swimmers I have staggered the training schedule.
Week of May 7th:

Week of May 14th:
- Monday, May 14th
- Tuesday, May 15th
- Thursday, May 17th
- Sunday, May 20th
Week of May 21st:
- Monday, May 21st

- Thursday, May 24th
WEEKDAYS
- 6 & under and 7/8 year olds 5:30 – 6:00
- 9/10 & 11/12 year olds 6:00 – 6:45
- 13/14 & 15 and up 6:45 – 7:30
WEEKENDS
- 6 & under and 7/8 year olds 2:00 – 2:30
- 9/10 & 11/12 year olds 2:30 – 3:15
- 13/14 & 15 and up 3:15 – 4:00
